In this role, you will be responsible for meeting new business production goals and objectives as established by the agency. You will source prospective resumes and set agency development appointments, while also developing ongoing networking relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, title companies, auto dealers, and more. Sharing your training and education knowledge with team members will be essential, as will maintaining knowledge of new products and services. You will be expected to prospect and generate new business through leads and referral sources, demonstrating outstanding relationship-building skills. Your responsibilities will also include cold calling, direct emailing, and performing other lead generation activities. You will work both independently and as part of a team, staying up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices. Additionally, you will develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies to enhance the agency's growth. Responsibilities
