About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter at Dungarvin plays a crucial role in shaping the workforce across Oregon by managing a high volume of requisitions and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. This position involves creating innovative sourcing and marketing strategies, coordinating recruiting tasks, and ensuring efficient hiring processes to meet the organization's immediate needs. Responsibilities

  • Partner with operations and HR site contacts to determine hiring needs.
  • Create sourcing and coordination strategies to meet hiring demands.
  • Manage job postings and monitor them throughout the hiring process.
  • Source candidates using various methods including social media and job boards.
  • Meet weekly sourcing goals and conduct interviews to select qualified applicants.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding with employment specialists.
  • Participate in job fairs and community networking opportunities.
  • Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates for specific deadlines.
  • Provide weekly recruiting reports and analytics to operations teams.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Dungarvin, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience focused on hourly employees in a high-volume setting.
  • Associate's degree or High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in Social Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Hospitality.
  • Project management or project coordination experience.
  • Experience running successful bulk hiring events.
  • ATS experience is required.
  • Experience with job boards/resume databases such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.

Nice-to-haves

  • Agency staffing experience preferred.
  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers.
