About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dungarvin, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce across Oregon. This fast-paced position involves managing a high volume of requisitions, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and participating in hiring events to attract top talent for various roles. You will be responsible for creating innovative sourcing and marketing strategies, coordinating recruiting tasks, and ensuring that hiring goals are met efficiently, all while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operations and HR site contacts to determine hiring needs.
  • Create sourcing and coordination strategies to meet hiring demands.
  • Manage job postings and monitor them throughout the hiring process.
  • Source candidates using various methods including social media and job boards.
  • Meet weekly sourcing goals.
  • Interview and select qualified applicants.
  • Conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters, and coordinate onboarding.
  • Participate in job fairs and community networking opportunities.
  • Generate a high-volume pipeline of candidates for specific deadlines.
  • Provide weekly recruiting reports and analytics to operations teams.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months experience focused on hourly employees in a high-volume setting along with an associate's degree or a High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within Social Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Hospitality.
  • Project management or project coordination experience.
  • Experience running successful bulk hiring events.
  • ATS experience is required.
  • Experience with job boards/resume databases such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn.

Nice-to-haves

  • Agency staffing experience preferred.
  • Strong project coordination skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information to groups of managers.
