About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter at our ABA Therapy Center, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization. This role is crucial in ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Utilize recruitment tools such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to management.
• Utilize social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
• Negotiate employment offers and contracts with potential hires.
• Develop and implement training programs for new hires.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting and employee evaluation.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as ADP and Salesforce.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of training development processes.
• Experience in contract negotiation and management.
