This includes increasing the management bench through external hiring and providing regular reporting on recruitment metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. The specialist must possess strong communication skills and a high attention to detail, as they will be interacting with various stakeholders and ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Responsibilities

Requirements

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.
