About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Conexa Technologies is a fully remote role focused on managing the full-cycle recruiting process to attract top talent. This position emphasizes the importance of ethics and compliance in recruitment, aligning with the company's core values of honesty, integrity, and effective communication. The specialist will utilize various platforms, including LinkedIn and applicant tracking systems, to source and engage candidates, while also collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define candidate requirements.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles, with an emphasis on ethics and compliance.
  • Maintain and update candidate information using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as ADP and Lever.
  • Provide insights on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements for better candidate experience and process efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends, particularly in corporate and ethics-related recruitment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on corporate or ethics-based roles.
  • Proficiency in ADP and/or Lever ATS platforms.
  • Strong headhunting skills with extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple job requisitions and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with recruiting in the corporate sector, particularly in ethics and compliance.
  • Experience working with large corporate clients, such as Oncor.
  • Knowledge of additional HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus.
