About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Conexa Technologies is a fully remote role focused on managing the full-cycle recruiting process to attract top talent, particularly in corporate and ethics-based roles. The position emphasizes the importance of aligning with the company's core values and requires proficiency in applicant tracking systems, especially Lever and ADP.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define candidate requirements.
  • Create and implement recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles, with an emphasis on ethics and compliance.
  • Maintain and update candidate information using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as ADP and Lever.
  • Provide insights on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements for better candidate experience and process efficiency.
  • Stay current with industry trends, particularly in corporate and ethics-related recruitment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on corporate or ethics-based roles.
  • Proficiency in ADP and/or Lever ATS platforms.
  • Strong headhunting skills with extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple job requisitions and meet tight deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with recruiting in the corporate sector, particularly in ethics and compliance.
  • Experience working with large corporate clients, such as Oncor.
  • Knowledge of additional HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus.
