About the position

Convergint Technologies is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to support various Talent Acquisition programs and processes, focusing on sourcing candidates. This role is integral to the company's growth and culture, emphasizing a commitment to providing exceptional service and fostering an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates to fill open requisitions using various tools and processes.
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to ensure effective recruiting methods and strategies.
• Assisting in the job posting and advertisement process.
• Screening applicants and selecting qualified candidates.
• Scheduling interviews and overseeing preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
• Conducting interviews with Business Leaders and other stakeholders.
• Collaborating during the offer letter process, recommending salary ranges and start dates.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Coordinating and participating in college and community career fairs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in recruiting technicians for security, banking, or fire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• High level of organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience recruiting for field technicians preferred.
• Experience identifying pipelines outside of normal channels.
