About the position

At Bluegreen Vacations, we are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Sevierville, TN. This position is crucial for the growth of our sales organization, and you will be working onsite in Sevier County. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring sales and marketing representatives. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition for your region and partner with hiring managers across various departments to fulfill their recruitment needs. In this role, you will be tasked with building a strong local network that includes college students, entry-level candidates, and experienced professionals. You will also be responsible for planning and executing career networking events and developing a comprehensive sourcing plan. Establishing relationships with targeted colleges and universities will be key to your success in this position. The role may require up to 5% travel to other sales locations, allowing you to expand your recruitment efforts beyond the immediate area. We are looking for someone who brings a competitive approach to recruitment, possesses industry-leading social media skills, and has a proven track record of influencing hiring managers. Creativity in your sourcing strategies and a passion for travel will be essential attributes for this role. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition professional in a complex corporate recruiting environment or staffing firm.
