The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Social Media Recruiter) at Prime Healthcare Management Inc. is a pivotal role within our corporate team, responsible for full-cycle recruitment for various positions within our extensive healthcare system. This position is based in Ontario, California, and is part of a leading health system that operates 45 hospitals and over 300 outpatient locations across 14 states, serving more than 2.6 million patient visits annually. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in social media and digital platforms to enhance our recruitment strategies and attract top talent to our organization. In this role, you will be expected to create engaging social media content, including videos and postings, to build a strong online presence that resonates with potential candidates. You will develop and implement recruiting and selection strategies that align with the current and future workforce needs of our hospitals and regional facilities. Your responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring that minimum qualifications are met, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, TA Teams, hiring managers, and senior leadership to ensure that our recruiting practices meet the organization's needs. We are looking for a candidate who has a proven strategy for developing and maintaining online communities that support our recruitment initiatives. Your ability to build a social media presence that generates a significant number of candidate leads will be crucial to your success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system.
  • Create engaging social media content, including videos and postings, to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Develop and implement recruiting and selection strategies that address current and future workforce needs.
  • Source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met.
  • Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with the Regional TA Manager, TA Teams, hiring managers, and senior leadership to meet recruiting needs.
  • Build and maintain online communities to support recruitment initiatives.
  • Establish a strong social media presence to generate candidate leads.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
  • Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Two years of talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, preferably in healthcare.
