We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This role is focused on high-volume recruiting for front-line positions, such as customer service representatives, sales associates, and other operational staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to become their trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain an understanding of the staffing plans and position requirements.
  • Provide guidance on candidate selection.
  • Offer insights and recommendations based on market trends and candidate feedback.
  • Stay current on sourcing best practices/trends.
  • Develop and cultivate local and regional resources.
  • Participate in college and community job fairs.
  • Implement new initiatives to increase candidate pipeline and build employer brand awareness.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely updates, and offering support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient interview process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Proactively recruit and fill open positions that meet or exceed staffing needs consistent with business goals.
  • Manage requisitions, recruitment, and staffing processes to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and adherence to federal, state, local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify eligible candidates for transfer or promotion.
  • Maintain applicant tracking system.
  • Meet recruitment metrics surrounding timeliness, hiring manager satisfaction, and staffing levels.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to hiring managers.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
