The Talent Acquisition Specialist for Substance Use Treatment at BriteLife Recovery is a hybrid-remote position that plays a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The specialist will be responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining the best talent for the substance use treatment center. This includes creating job descriptions, utilizing various sourcing methods, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the interview process. The specialist will also ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing updates throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the role involves data management and reporting, where the specialist will maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in human resources or a related field, with experience in the healthcare or substance use treatment sector being highly preferred.
