About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Knightcare Management is responsible for recruiting Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists. This hybrid role requires only two days in the office per week and focuses on developing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring new hires are integrated into the organization. The position emphasizes collaboration with hiring managers and staying updated on industry trends to enhance recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
  • Conduct employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each position
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to advertise job openings
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and streamline the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in a Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Physical Therapy setting
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience in employee relations and training development is a plus
