Apex Service Partners is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Portland, OR. This role is pivotal in supporting our recruitment efforts across the Washington and Oregon regions. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the internal staffing needs of our company. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and will utilize various sourcing channels to find the best candidates. Your efforts will ensure a smooth hiring process, which is essential for maintaining the company's growth and success. In this position, you will manage the recruiting process for all trade line roles across the West Coast Region. This includes facilitating the recruitment process through our applicant tracking system (ATS), which involves job postings, qualifying and screening applicants, and accurately tracking candidates in the system. You will work closely with senior leadership to understand staffing needs and assist in establishing and upgrading recruiting and hiring practices for the region. Additionally, you will help develop forecasts for all roles within the region and analyze monthly and annual reporting by market and trade. A key aspect of this role is to establish a diversity recruiting program focused on outcomes, contributing to a culture of performance accountability. You will also apply technology to automate and bring efficiencies to the end-to-end recruiting process, assist with talent collateral creation, branding, social postings, and provide feedback on employer branding both as a system and in market specifics. This position reports directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager and requires a collaborative approach with management and leadership at the branch level.
