About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Bridger Group is responsible for recruiting and delivering highly qualified candidates for internal positions. This role involves heavy outbound cold and warm calling, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews, all while utilizing various sourcing tools and maintaining candidate reports. The position is integral to the company's growth plans and requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and deliver highly qualified candidates for internal positions
• Conduct heavy outbound cold and warm calls to candidates
• Share The Bridger Group's story with potential candidates
• Perform heavy passive outreach, making 80+ calls per day
• Conduct phone screens and schedule in-person and virtual interviews
• Utilize internal CRM, market research, and data sourcing tools
• Manage referrals and networking to source candidates
• Create and manage weekly reports on candidates who are actively interviewing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition / Corporate / Agency Recruiting experience
• 1 year of cold calling experience
• Strong phone presence and communication skills
• Time management skills
