About the position

The position involves supporting the complete recruiting life cycle for US candidates applying to BCG's offices outside of the US and Canada. This includes event planning, candidate pipeline development, and managing the interview process while collaborating with international Talent Acquisition teams. The role emphasizes building relationships with candidates and campus career services to enhance BCG's brand and improve recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support the complete recruiting life cycle for US candidates applying to BCG's international offices.
  • Plan and execute recruiting events and manage logistics for the recruiting process.
  • Develop candidate pipelines and engage in marketing and branding activities.
  • Build and manage interview schedules, including communication with candidates and interviewers.
  • Cultivate relationships with candidates and campus career services to enhance BCG's presence.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and provide input for improvements.
  • Drive conversion activities for offerees, including planning and execution of welcome weekends.
  • Ensure recruiting records and metrics are accurate and up to date.
  • Lead and execute strategic projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-4 years of recruiting, HR, or relevant experience required.
  • Experience working within a complex matrix structured organization.

  • Strong customer service and relationship orientation.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • Strong computer and database skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
