About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rising Tide HR is responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries. This role focuses on understanding client hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions to attract top talent. The position requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment processes, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to attract qualified candidates from diverse channels.
  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various clients.
  • Leverage cutting-edge ATS and HR systems to optimize recruitment efforts and streamline the hiring process.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to gain insight into their hiring needs and company culture.
  • Provide recruitment consultation to clients on best practices, market trends, and hiring strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and client-specific guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview and hiring experience.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality, to measure effectiveness.
  • Support the candidate onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in working with advanced ATS and HR systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Strong sourcing skills across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific networks.
  • Experience hiring across different industries and at all levels from entry level to C-Suite positions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with employment regulations and organizational policies.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills to track recruitment performance and make data-driven recommendations.
