About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Weidmann Electrical Technology is responsible for designing, managing, and executing initiatives to attract and engage candidates, thereby strengthening the employer brand and enhancing talent recruitment and retention. This role is crucial in building a strong and engaged workforce within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and provide timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Promote the company's employer brand through career events and relationships with local talent sources.
  • Track recruitment metrics, report on hiring outcomes, and identify areas for process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • 2 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and a variety of recruiting tools, techniques, and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the full cycle recruitment lifecycle; manufacturing recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
