About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Noble, Inc. is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening qualified candidates for various open positions. This role involves managing the HRIS recruiting process, ensuring compliance with hiring requirements, and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. The specialist will engage with candidates, maintain communication with stakeholders, and support the overall recruitment strategy to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the HRIS recruiting process for new hires, including drug screening, background checks, and onboarding documentation.
  • Source passive candidates through platforms like Indeed and conduct Boolean searches for high-need positions.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring requirements before new hires can begin work.
  • Communicate frequently with new hires and stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Generate and maintain offer letter templates and customize HRIS feedback forms for managers.
  • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of the shared New Hire checklist and candidate status in Paylocity.
  • Prepare for New Hire Orientation, including technology setup and communication with new hires prior to orientation.
  • Guide new hires on their first day, instructing them on essential tasks and timekeeping processes.
  • Finalize employee onboarding and ensure all training documents are uploaded to HRIS files.
  • Research and outreach to community partners for internship opportunities and attend job fairs to source candidates.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Working knowledge of the HR field, preferably in recruitment
  • Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Paylocity
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
