The specialist will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment marketing tools to enhance the recruitment process. In addition to sourcing candidates, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality recruitment solutions. Establishing and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders is essential to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes, while tracking key metrics to measure success. The role also involves optimizing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors RCM) to ensure accurate candidate tracking and data integrity throughout the hiring process. The specialist will focus on enhancing the candidate experience by ensuring clear and prompt communication throughout the recruitment process. This includes developing and managing the employee referral program and supporting campus branding efforts and Summer Internship Programs. Staying updated on talent acquisition trends and utilizing technology, social media, and traditional techniques to source the best candidates is also a key responsibility of this role.
