About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at InvaGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. plays a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates across various roles within the organization. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, ensuring that the company attracts top talent to meet its growing needs. The specialist will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, utilizing tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment marketing tools to enhance the recruitment process. In addition to sourcing candidates, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality recruitment solutions. Establishing and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders is essential to ensure timely and efficient recruitment processes, while tracking key metrics to measure success. The role also involves optimizing and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors RCM) to ensure accurate candidate tracking and data integrity throughout the hiring process. The specialist will focus on enhancing the candidate experience by ensuring clear and prompt communication throughout the recruitment process. This includes developing and managing the employee referral program and supporting campus branding efforts and Summer Internship Programs. Staying updated on talent acquisition trends and utilizing technology, social media, and traditional techniques to source the best candidates is also a key responsibility of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across various roles while building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment marketing tools to attract top talent.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing engagement.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective, high-quality recruitment solutions.
  • Establish and monitor SLAs with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely, efficient recruitment processes and tracking key metrics.
  • Optimize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors RCM), ensuring accurate candidate tracking and data integrity throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and manage the employee referral program, tracking and analyzing metrics to enhance its effectiveness.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, prompt communication and a consistent, fair interview process.
  • Support the recruitment and development of Summer Internship Programs and campus branding efforts.
  • Stay updated on talent acquisition trends, utilizing technology, social media, and traditional techniques to source the best candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion within the workplace; experience supporting DEI initiatives in recruitment is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices, techniques, and tools.
  • Experience in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), vendor relationships, and employee referral programs.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining quality standards.
