About the position

As an HR Recruiter at DriveTime Family of Brands, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and recruiting talent that is essential to our success. This position is crucial as you will be on the front lines of talent pipelining, working closely with hiring leaders to develop, drive, and execute comprehensive search strategies tailored to recruit for various roles across all skill levels. Your responsibilities will include setting, tracking, and following up on all candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process. You will focus on efficient and timely follow-up of sourced leads, aiming for the highest success rate in arranging interviews with qualified and interested candidates. In this role, you will determine the type of employment and company experience that candidates are seeking, responding accordingly to their needs. Building professional relationships with candidates will be key, as you will help them identify their goals and ambitions. You will also maintain strong business relationships with various hiring managers within DriveTime, fully explaining the steps of the interview process to candidates to ensure they are clear on expectations. Maintaining positive working relationships with your immediate team members and the broader HR and recruiting team is essential, as is conducting business in accordance with DriveTime's policies and procedures. Your role will also involve creating and nurturing positive relationships with hiring managers, ensuring that you understand their needs and can effectively communicate those to potential candidates. This position requires a detail-oriented mindset, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for achieving and exceeding goals. You will be managing multiple projects and deadlines, necessitating strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set, track, and follow-up on all candidates
  • Focus on efficient, timely follow up of sourced leads to ensure the highest success rate in setting up interviews
  • Determine the type of employment and company experience the candidate is seeking and respond accordingly
  • Develop professional relationships with candidates to identify their goals and ambitions
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with various hiring managers within DriveTime
  • Fully explain the steps of the DriveTime interview process to candidates
  • Maintain positive working relationships with immediate team members and the company's HR and recruiting team
  • Conduct business within DriveTime policies and procedures
  • Create and build positive relationships with hiring managers

Requirements

  • 4 year college degree
  • 1 year minimum of Recruiting experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Access, Word, etc.)
