About the position

Trend Micro is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic team in Irving, TX. This hybrid position focuses on driving recruitment efforts for various roles across the company, particularly in Sales and Technical areas. The specialist will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to attract and hire top talent, ensuring that staffing needs are met with highly qualified professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, attract, and evaluate both passive and active candidates through various search methods including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support them in finding the best candidates.
  • Create an exceptional hiring experience by maintaining excellent communication and guiding candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote Trend Micro branding through social media and websites to attract talent.
  • Coordinate interviews and collaborate with HRBP and hiring managers for offers.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated from pipeline development to hire.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for Talent Acquisition process improvement.
  • Track and record sourcing results within Recruitment Platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • 4+ years in dedicated Recruitment.
  • Experience in a high-tech, high-growth technology company.
  • Experience managing the full cycle talent acquisition process.
  • Hands-on ATS/HRIS experience, Workday preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work and service multiple clients and several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to think outside the box to find talent.
  • Passionate about recruiting and engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
