As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people and is eager to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our community. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead our recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews. You will manage 15-25 requisitions simultaneously, ensuring effective communication with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will also include administering and completing all required onboarding paperwork, such as new hire forms and I-9 verification, as well as issuing employee badges. You will lead the New Hire Orientation and extend offers of employment to selected candidates. Additionally, you will conduct background and reference checks and provide effective communication to candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. This role may also involve assisting with general HR responsibilities as required. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in recruiting, particularly with at least 2 years of experience, including 1 year of internal recruiting. Experience in recruiting for hourly/non-exempt positions is essential, along with general HR experience such as onboarding and I-9 verification. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with various job boards and applicant tracking systems (ATS), excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with limited supervision while maintaining high motivation. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, located in New Hope, MN.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts by posting positions, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, and scheduling interviews.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and phone etiquette skills.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with iCIMS ATS.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
