Responsibilities

• Full Cycle A-Z recruitment
• Develop recruitment strategies to identify, evaluate, hire, and retain top healthcare professionals
• Research market trends and adapt sourcing methods as needed
• Propose and implement activities to increase the impact of recruiting efforts
• Evaluate qualifications of applicants and refer top applicants to hiring managers
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand current needs and develop effective recruitment and retention initiatives
• Build and maintain solid relations with new hires, providing support through the recruitment process and transition
• Facilitate the offer negotiation process through to completion

Requirements

• Previous hospital or nursing recruitment experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Experience with Taleo and high volume recruiting preferred
