About the position

CINQCARE is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Washington, DC. As a provider-led, community-based health and care partner, our mission is to improve the health and well-being of those who need care the most. This role is pivotal in ensuring that we attract and retain the right talent to fulfill our commitment to delivering effective healthcare, particularly to Black and Brown populations. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be responsible for executing the full lifecycle recruiting process for various roles within the organization. This includes sourcing candidates, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and collaborating with leadership to develop hiring strategies that align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field, along with at least one year of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry. The role requires hands-on experience with virtual interview formats and proficiency in using platforms like LinkedIn for candidate sourcing. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the Talent Acquisition Specialist will need to articulate job requirements clearly and build relationships with business leaders and external stakeholders. The position also emphasizes the importance of creating a diverse workforce and promoting CINQCARE's employer brand through networking and community engagement. In addition to recruitment responsibilities, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will assist in defining and executing strategies that create business value through talent acquisition. This includes staying updated on industry trends, generating leads, and attending job fairs and networking events to promote CINQCARE's employment opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Source highly specialized candidates at all levels for our team
  • Screen and interview candidates to ensure we put forward the best quality candidates to our team
  • Consult with leadership on overall hiring strategies and tailor our search approach accordingly
  • Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure candidates can be evaluated against industry standard assessments
  • Generate new leads and expand your network of talent
  • Network with potential candidates to promote our employer brand and ensure we attract the best professionals
  • Tailor your approach to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences, and styles
  • Build community-based connections in an effort to promote local talent acquisition
  • Attend relevant events including job fairs, seminars, and local networking events to promote CINQCARE's brand and employment opportunities
  • Coordinate the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related discipline
  • At least 1+ year of experience in recruitment - agency or corporate
  • 1+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience in the healthcare industry is ideal
  • Hands-on experience with various virtual interview formats (e.g. Teams, Zoom) and comfort with in-person interviews
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other creative sourcing tools to source quality candidates
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and explain job requirements for a wide variety of roles
  • Ability to clearly articulate and present concepts and models in an accessible manner to CINQCARE's team, investors, partners, and other stakeholders
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to build and effectively manage relationships with business leaders and external constituents
  • Good judgement, impeccable ethics, and a strong team player
