About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the recruiting process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate documentation. This role focuses on sourcing candidates for professional-level positions in Mechanical, Electrical, and Aerospace engineering disciplines, ensuring a smooth candidate flow and effective communication with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day recruiting processes.
• Screen and present candidates aligned to the position profile.
• Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct phone screens with qualified candidates.
• Coordinate additional interviews with qualified candidates.
• Collect references and maintain file records.
• Manage data within the ATS and perform other assigned tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates and recruiting activities.
• Build and maintain good relationships with recruiters and candidates.

Requirements

• Two or more years of recruiting work experience, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, and Aerospace engineering disciplines.
• Exceptional telephone skills with appropriate business etiquette and a clear voice.
• Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred.
• Experience with ATS software, job listing sites, social media, and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to function in a high volume, dynamic environment.
