• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience, leaving a positive impression of BlueWave.
• Track recruitment metrics to continuously improve and refine recruitment processes.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple positions and timelines effectively.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social recruiting platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Problem-solving skills with a creative approach to challenges.
