About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading recruitment efforts in the Fort Myers and Naples offices of Northwestern Mutual. This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and selecting financial representatives while building strong community relationships to promote the Northwestern Mutual career. The specialist will create and implement recruiting plans to meet activity and contract goals, leveraging creativity and exceptional communication skills to achieve success.

Responsibilities

• Execute firm recruiting plan to reach production goals
• Leverage referral network within the firm to generate leads
• Develop qualified leads via LinkedIn, Indeed, and various job board channels
• Promote the benefits of network growth and recruiting successes within the office
• Coordinate advertising and marketing strategies within the firm and community
• Master language regarding the advisor career and each step of the selection process
• Review resumes and schedule interviews
• Conduct pre-screen and initial interviews of all candidates
• Guide and direct candidates through the full selection process from beginning to end

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• 1 year of recruiting experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, and/or recruiting
