About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Addison Group is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within the higher education sector. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires while collaborating closely with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with the organization's needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including application management and screening candidates.
• Act as point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, managing recruitment communications through the hiring inbox.
• Support hiring efforts for dual credit instructors and assist with template-based offer letters and onboarding.
• Provide system updates in ATS and ensure candidate data is accurately maintained.
• Serve as the main point of contact and mentor for all new hires up to their first day on-site.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in recruitment experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with an ATS system.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proactive approach to collaboration.
• Willingness to adhere to established hiring processes.
