TERI culture ensures the health and wellness of each client is a top priority. We're seeking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our TERI team!

Responsibilities

  • Post job openings across multiple platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Screen resumes, schedule, and conduct interviews with applicants to assess qualifications.
  • Develop candidate pipelines by leveraging professional networks, targeted community outreach, and recruitment events.
  • Partner with department managers to define key skills and experience required for each position.
  • Create and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent for open roles, benefiting both hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership by offering training and coaching opportunities to hiring managers across the organization on the Talent Acquisition best practices and strategies.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, sharing insights about its culture, values, and positions.
  • Facilitate new hire orientations, onboarding, and ongoing training programs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
  • Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination in talent acquisition and/or recruitment.
  • Ability to multi-task with recruiting, conducting interviews, clerical duties, auditing, onboarding, etc.
