You will utilize standardized phone screens and interview guides to ensure consistency and adherence to competency requirements related to the positions being filled. Your responsibilities will include conducting intake meetings when new positions become available and executing recruiting strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager. This will involve incorporating manager requests, Ace's culture, and HR recommendations for both internal and external recruiting processes. You will determine applicant requirements by sourcing and identifying similarities between resumes and job descriptions, acting as an administrator for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidates are properly managed throughout the hiring process. In addition to posting job openings and managing the collection of resumes, you will maintain the RSC Daily Recruiting Tracker, administer post-offer drug testing, and initiate background checks as required.
