About the position

UCP Staffing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruiting lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and engaging candidates for various client companies. This role is essential in ensuring that the staffing needs of clients are met through effective recruitment strategies and strong candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate job postings.
• Schedule and conduct phone and face-to-face interviews.
• Interview candidates to understand their technical skills and fit for roles.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to understand client needs and match them with appropriate candidates.
• Oversee employee performance concerns, including counseling and termination processes.
• Leverage the ATS database to optimize candidate utilization.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates to encourage them to work with UCP.
• Prepare weekly payroll time cards and maintain schedules in the ATS database.

Requirements

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience or a strong desire to learn.
• Exceptional bilingual written and verbal communication skills.
• History of success in recruiting or HR.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Interest and aptitude in technology.
• Ability to communicate clearly and positively with candidates, clients, and team members.
