About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Gupta Media is responsible for managing the full staffing lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, while promoting the company's brand and building strong candidate relationships. This entry-level position is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career, with a focus on the marketing and digital agency space, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Manage applicant pipeline from job post to closing process.
• Act as the initial point of contact, promoting the Gupta Media brand and building candidate relationships.
• Engage in ongoing candidate sourcing strategies to continuously build the talent pipeline.
• Ensure that new hires have a great experience from Day 1 to their last day, including onboarding and support during their first weeks and months.
• Research and engage in recruiting events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an agency environment
• Experience with ATS platforms such as BambooHR and Lever
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong demonstrated experience in relationship building
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with an aptitude for problem-solving
