About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Campus Services Group (CSG) will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various markets. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various channels to source and identify potential candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, fit, and interest in the role.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and platforms.
• Assist in the offer process, including drafting offer letters and coordinating approvals.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction.
• Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company's culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Bi-lingual candidates are preferred.
