The Entry Level Recruiter at Home Genius Exteriors is responsible for identifying and attracting potential employees to join the team. This role involves understanding the hiring process, generating interest from candidates, and facilitating meetings between prospective employees and the hiring team. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and determined to meet recruitment goals.

Responsibilities

• Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our hiring process.
• Generating interest from prospective employees.
• Answering basic questions about current job openings.
• Scheduling information meetings between prospective employees and the hiring team.
• Keeping a detailed log of leads, including those which were not scheduled.
• Attempting to contact prospective clients who have been unable to be reached.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Computer literate and highly organized.
• Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and courteous disposition.
• Persuasive and results-oriented.
• Available to work both in office and remote.
