About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at QuickPro Staffing is responsible for the full cycle recruiting process, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and qualifying candidates for temporary and contract roles. This position emphasizes building strong relationships with job seekers and guiding them through the job search process, from resume editing to interview preparation and post-interview follow-up. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying candidates and matching them with suitable job opportunities, while also collaborating with the internal team to discuss open positions and utilize online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Interview prospective candidates and prepare them for interviews with client companies.
  • Review resumes, discuss client needs, and conduct mock interviews with candidates.
  • Contact candidates post-interview to recap the interview and provide next steps.
  • Extend job offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
  • Reach out to candidates who are on assignment to ensure they have everything they need.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Light Industrial/Manufacturing recruiting experience.
  • Excellent organizational, customer service, communication, and relationship building skills.
  • Proactive and autonomous working mindset.
  • Comfortable performing in a metric-based environment.
  • Able to multitask and apply a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet tight deadlines and deliver results.
