About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Texas A&M University, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to attract and retain exceptional talent. In this position, you will engage in sourcing excellence by meticulously analyzing job descriptions and candidate profiles to identify the best matches for open opportunities. Your sourcing skills, combined with your knowledge of various technologies, will enable you to build a versatile candidate pool that meets the diverse needs of our departments. You will also develop collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels, employing a consultative approach that fosters organizational success. Strategic recruitment will be a key focus of your role, as you execute sourcing and recruitment plans across both technical and non-technical disciplines. Staying ahead of the curve by embracing new technologies and innovative recruitment strategies will be crucial in ensuring that Texas A&M University attracts the best talent available.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of three years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Ideal candidate has over five years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience across various disciplines.
