About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sizzling Platter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across various restaurant brands and support centers. This role is essential for enhancing hiring practices, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while providing a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
  • Oversee the use of the Paradox Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient recruitment.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve hiring practices.
  • Design and implement internship and trainee programs to support recruitment efforts.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics and provide reports to leadership.
  • Lead recruitment-related initiatives such as job fairs and hiring campaigns.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and employment laws.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or hospitality management.
  • Experience with Paradox ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
