The Recruiter plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department and various establishments in fulfilling their staffing requirements. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and qualifications for open roles, as well as assisting in the job posting process across suitable platforms. You will oversee the complete recruitment cycle, successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. This position requires onsite presence during standard business hours. As a Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions, from job advertisement to offer acceptance. You will collaborate with departmental leaders and the recruiting team to meet staffing goals, identify and attract qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain a robust talent pipeline. Your role will also involve drafting and updating job descriptions, ensuring a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities, and providing an outstanding recruitment experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. Additionally, you will be responsible for screening resumes and applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting thorough assessments. You will prepare candidates for interviews by sharing detailed information about the company and expectations, build and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates, and ensure consistent communication and prompt follow-ups with candidates and hiring leaders. You will effectively utilize the ATS system, maintain accurate records, and generate reports as needed, ensuring compliance with audits. Staying informed about recruitment laws and trends will also be part of your responsibilities, along with handling administrative tasks and maintaining confidentiality of all candidate and personnel information. This role requires a driven, entrepreneurial spirit with a commitment to excellence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, and fluency in English is required, with bilingual skills in Spanish being advantageous.
