Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple locations.
• Consult with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and the skills required for various positions.
• Guide hiring managers on selection processes and wage recommendations.
• Source candidates using social media, boolean search, and other innovative methods.
• Develop and nurture relationships with educational institutions and career services departments.
• Engage with both passive and active candidates to connect them with job opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong talent acquisition skills with a passion for connecting talent to opportunities.
• Ability to use social media and boolean search techniques for sourcing candidates.
• Experience in developing relationships with educational institutions and career services.
• Consultative approach to understand hiring managers' needs.
