Responsibilities

• Crafting and rolling out effective recruitment strategies to attract top-notch candidates.
• Handling the full recruitment process - from posting jobs to screening resumes, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Teaming up with department heads to understand their staffing needs.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Conducting reference checks and background verifications.
• Ensuring every candidate has a great experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Keeping up with the latest industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters and HR professionals.
• Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth start.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Hiring Manager or similar role, especially in the digital media or e-commerce industry.
• A solid grasp of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Top-notch organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• A high level of professionalism and integrity.
