About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Topsort, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and enhance the candidate experience. Your role will also involve supporting HR operations, including administrative tasks and event planning, with the goal of efficiently sourcing and hiring top talent while continuously improving HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy.
• Continuously strive to improve the recruiting process using data and analyzing market trends.
• Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit.
• Be a Topsort ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience.
• Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with hiring managers and company leadership.
• Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams.
• Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and HR processes.
• Support operations: Assist with office scheduling, interviews, managing agendas, booking travels, and other necessary admin tasks.
• Plan events, training, and workshops. Partner with the People team in rolling out new People programs, processes, and technology.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, specifically Greenhouse and Rippling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
