About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Overture Home Care LLC is responsible for managing the recruitment process to ensure the agency is adequately staffed with high-quality caregivers and CNAs. This role involves identifying hiring needs, advertising job openings, coordinating interviews, and overseeing the candidate experience from application through onboarding. The specialist will also play a key role in fostering relationships with candidates and the local community, ensuring a smooth recruitment cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Advertise job openings across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate across departments to identify current and projected hiring needs.
  • Manage paperwork and all related processes for candidates.
  • Attend job fairs and participate in in-house recruitment events.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the candidate cycle from application through onboarding.
  • Prepare hiring reports and track staffing metrics monthly.
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings, including background checks and reference checks.
  • Recommend, develop, and improve procedures for recruiting process enhancements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college preferred.
  • One year of sales, marketing, and/or recruiting experience in a corporate setting.
  • Proven work experience in sales, marketing, or staffing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster relationships with the local community and job applicants.
  • Understanding of agency policies and procedures as well as state and federal EEO regulations.
  • Ability to navigate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases successfully.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Human Resource and interviewing experience is a plus.

  • Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $55,000 per year.
