About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts, focusing primarily on sourcing and attracting candidates for our sales team. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, with the expectation of making over 150 calls daily to potential candidates. Attention to detail is paramount, as the specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all candidate information is accurately recorded and managed throughout the recruitment process. In addition to making calls, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be expected to drive recruitment projects from inception to completion with minimal guidance. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, utilizing various platforms for candidate sourcing, and maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role demands a candidate who is not only computer literate but also possesses a student mentality, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. The successful candidate will be energetic, team-oriented, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities

Requirements
