About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Roaring Fork Restaurant Group is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions within the company. This role also involves performing general HR duties and supporting the HR team as needed. The position is primarily focused on talent acquisition, with a smaller portion dedicated to general HR tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively recruit top talent including sourcing and interviewing
  • Complete initial screens of leadership candidates
  • Determine and implement recruiting best practices
  • Partner with managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidate
  • Work with managers to create job descriptions and post job descriptions
  • Oversee and actively ‘work' our ATS systems
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Schedule interviews for internal and external applicants
  • Manage social media recruiting
  • Build pipeline for qualified candidates
  • Run background checks and draft offer letters
  • Manage the requisition log and applicant/interview/hire reports
  • Update hiring managers and HR departments weekly on status of all jobs, interviews and offers
  • Manage staffing level reports and offer management team new ideas to increase percentages
  • Partner with other HR staff and perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience recruiting through the full life cycle
  • Experience in applicant tracking software and onboarding systems
  • Strong organizational, analytical and detailed planning and project management skills
  • Articulate, cogent verbal communications skills and strong written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and excellent time management skills
  • Able to cultivate, develop and maintain professional relationships
  • Strong comfort level with a fast paced, high-growth, high volume/turnover employee population
