About the position

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers, and helping to build a world-class team at adMarketplace. You will play a key role in driving hiring initiatives and shaping the future of the company by sourcing, attracting and closing top-tier candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of recruitment experience to join a small and dynamic team shaping the future of adMarketplace and partnering closely with leaders across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales, finance, operations, pricing, measurement, marketing, product, etc across the company.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent through direct outreach, networking events and inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to manage the Summer Internship program.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions, ensuring alignment with company culture and team needs.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process, providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.
  • Support in adhoc tasks such as scheduling, agency management and system optimization.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in talent acquisition within the media, tech, advertising or related industries.
  • Background in staffing/agency recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Experience working on technical roles is a plus.
  • A can do attitude, willing to go above and beyond assigned roles and responsibilities.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse is preferred.
  • Strong data-driven expertise and experience using data to drive recruiting decisions and outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
