About the position

Enjoin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of Health Information Management (HIM) professionals. This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for clinical documentation improvement, coding, and auditing roles. The ideal candidate will employ a strategic approach to talent acquisition, utilizing digital tools and collaborating with leadership to align hiring practices with the company's goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract HIM professionals, including Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialists and Coding Auditors.
  • Identify and engage with top talent through platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and professional associations.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain a talent pipeline.
  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications for alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and prioritize hiring goals.
  • Promote Enjoin's reputation as an employer of choice through social media and job boards.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, focusing on health information management or healthcare-related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Indeed/LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
  • Familiarity with HIM industry certifications and roles (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CDIP, CCDS) required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders required.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines required.
  • Adaptable to changing hiring needs and capable of recruiting for niche and high-demand roles required.
