In this position, you will utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track the progress of applicants throughout the recruitment process. You will conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization. Additionally, you will coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Your role will also involve assisting in the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives, which are crucial for the long-term success of our organization. You will be expected to research and implement best practices for recruiting and talent acquisition, ensuring that we remain competitive in attracting top talent. Requirements

  • Recruiting experience (1+ years)

  • Ability to research and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
