This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and interviewing high-caliber candidates using effective recruitment methodologies and tools, while ensuring a professional candidate journey. The position also involves providing administrative support to the HR team and requires strong relationship-building skills to hire the best talent in the market.

Responsibilities

• Attract, source, and interview candidates for non-management retail positions.
• Utilize innovative recruitment methodologies and tools to identify high-caliber individuals.
• Provide a professional and world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist the HR team with administrative tasks, including HR communication and other HR-related duties.
• Build strong internal and external relationships to support talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, ideally in retail or customer-centric settings.
• Extensive experience utilizing technology for recruitment and interviewing (Zoom, LinkedIn, ATS, Canva).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with candidates, hiring managers, and senior leadership.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
