Responsibilities include screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, conducting phone screenings, and developing job postings and descriptions. The specialist will also perform reference checks as needed and facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms. The overall interview, selection, and closing process will be managed by the specialist, who will also evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers. Mentoring other members of the recruiting team and achieving monthly hiring goals are also key aspects of this position. The role requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Recruiter.
  • 5-10 years of exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience utilizing job boards, social media, and college sites for recruitment.
  • Pre-screening skills.
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
